We have been busy in the studio this week working on the latest monthly podcast for the Maritime and Coastguard agency (MCA).
One of the stories covered is that of the Bourbon Dolphin which capsized earlier this month whilst manoeuvring the chain and anchor of a rig 80 miles off the coast of Shetland.
15 members of crew were aboard at the time. Seven survived the accident but three were confirmed dead by rescuers. The five other missing crew members were not found and are presumed dead.
Sadly amongst the missing is David Remøy, the teenage son of the Captain, Oddne Arve Remøy, who was one of those recovered but confirmed dead by rescuers.
It is believed the bodies of the missing five may have been inside the boat which sank before the Dutch salvage contractors, Smit could take it under tow.
Royal Navy divers had entered the submerged vessel a number of times but rough seas curtailed their search. They had found no signs of life during the dives.
